   It is allowed to submit documents
   in a simplified manner:

      - foreign citizens who has the
        right to obtain a residence
        permit without obtaining
        a residence permit;
      - minors or adult (incapacitated)
        foreign citizens, provided that
        their parent (adoptive parent,
        guardian, trustee) has temporary
        residence or they jointly receive
        temporary residence;
      - foreign citizens who has been
        married to a citizen of Russia
        for more than 3 years;
      - foreign citizens who have
        entered military service in
        the Armed Forces of Russia;
      - foreign citizens who are
        displaced compatriots under
        the State Program;
      - foreign citizens from countries
        that were part of the USSR
        who received higher education
        in Russia;
      - citizens of Kazakhstan,
        Moldavia and Ukraine;
      - citizens of Turkmenia and
        Latvia who are resettling in
        accordance with
        international treaties in Russia.

   PROCESSING TIME FOR GETTING
   TEMPORARY RESIDENCE PERMIT

        For citizens from visa-free
        countries (formerly part
        of the USSR) - 2 months.
        For other foreign citizens
        - 4 months.

   Temporary residence permit is
   the right of a foreign citizen to
   temporarily stay in Russia until
   a permanent residence permit
   is obtained (up to 3 years).

   Temporary residence permit is
   issued in the form of a mark
   (stamp) in the passport or other
   identity document of the foreign
   citizen recognized by the Russia.

   The temporary residence permit is
   issued for a limited time and can
   not be extended.

   Traditional Russian Spiritual and
   Moral Values”

   Administrative Regulations of the
   Ministry of Internal Affairs of the
   Russian Federation on the provision
   of the public service of issuing
   temporary residence permits to
   foreign citizens, approved by the
   Order of the MIA of Russia dated
   June 8th, 2020 No. 407
   (as amended).







PREFERENCES

   For the entire period of validity of
   the temporary residence permit:

      - registration;
      - get a multiple-entry visa.

   Apply for an medical policy and
   use free medical services, receive
   social benefits.

   Work without obtaining a work
   permit or patent, and register as
   an individual entrepreneur.

   Gives the right to get permanent
   residence.







LIST OF APPLICANTS

   Registration of temporary residence
   permit for foreign citizens is carried
   out:

      - general order of receipt
        (based on the quota);
      - simplified order of receipt
        (without quota).

   A foreign citizen applying for
   temporary residence permit thru
   general order have to apply for
   quota first.

   The foreigner could apply for quota
   in the first days of each month.

   THE LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR GETTING QUOTA

      1.    application for allocation of quotas for temporary residence;
      2.    color photos;
      3.    passport of a foreign citizen (applicant);
      4.    migration card;
      5.    the tear-off part of the notification form for the arrival
             of a foreign citizen (registration).

   LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR GETTING TEMPORARY RESUIDENCE

      1.    application for the issuance of temporary residence permit;
      2.    color photos;
      3.    passport of a foreign citizen (applicant);
      4.    migration card;
      5.    the tear-off part of the notification form for the arrival
             of a foreign citizen (registration).
      6.    basis for getting temporary residence (for example, a marriage
             certificate with a Russian citizen);
      7.    medical certificate;
      8.    document confirming knowledge of the Russian language,
             the history and the laws of Russia;
      9.    criminal record issued by the state of permanent residence
             (foreign citizens from visa-free countries (formerly part of the USSR)
             are not required);
      10.  receipt of payment of the governmental fee.







HOW TO GET

   To get temporary residence permit
   or quota, foreign citizens who are
   registered in Moscow apply thru
   MMC (migration center):

   64 km Varshavsky highway,
   Voronovo settlement (500 m from
   the Sakharovo village), Moscow.
